A deep-tech AI scale-up revolutionizing how developers write code is seeking an SDR / BDR due to growth. Working with the Sales Director to qualify leads, run discovery calls, convert enterprise opportunities and build early-stage pipeline growth. You'll be closely mentored so that you can grow into a Sales Director role within 12–18 months.

They are growing fast, and so we need an ambitious Sales Development Representative looking to take the next step. You’ll be capable of understanding complex software and engage with enterprise software engineering companies in a B2B environment.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–5 years in B2B tech sales (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or junior AE). Ideally complex or technical software products and comfort with enterprise sales cycles, strong research skills and CRM fluency (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Personality: Curious, resilient, commercially sharp, technically minded, collaborative, humble and hungry to grow into leadership.

Nice to have: Experience working in Deep Tech / Developer tools companies.
