Software Engineer - C++ / Real-time / ARM / R&D

A well backed Start-up seeking a passionate C++ Software Engineer to join them on achieving their vision to transform the Medical and Biological world. The Software Engineer will play a key role in the design, construction and integration of the software; from development through to product launch.

Software Engineer responsibilities:

Developing C / C++ / Java code for sensors / controllers
Managing interactions with third-party vendors
Contribute to the company’s product portfolio to support new product R&D launch

You will need:

To be experienced writing Software for instruments or devices
Experience using Java/C++ in embedded real-time applications
Scripting language such as Python
Android knowledge

Desirable skills include:

Experience architecting and developing customer facing applications
Understanding ARM Microcontrollers such as STM32, board bring-up/bootloaders, electronic schematics
Previous R&D experience leading to product launch
